Director of Marketing & Communications
Megan Reynolds joined the United Way staff in February 2023, as Director of Donor Engagement, and took over as Director of Marketing & Communications in December 2025. Prior to working at United Way Megan served as the Community Relations and Marketing Director at Familia Dental. She attended Benedictine University in Springfield, IL, studying Psychology. Megan lives in Blue Mound with her husband Christopher and their five children – Teagan, Trevor, Peyton, Noah, and Dominic.
