Director of Donor Engagement
Alicia Sparks joined the United Way team in March 2025 as Director of Donor Engagement. Prior to United Way, Alicia served in Change Management at ADM and in Organization Development at Memorial Health. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Alicia resides in Williamsville with her husband Will, their son Jack and 2 dogs.
